My approach is to build on your strengths, add supports through medication, education, and therapy, to help you achieve the goals you have for yourself. My own experience with postpartum depression and being treated by knowledgeable, kind providers led me to a career in mental health. A love of science and medicine led me to chose psychiatry as a nurse practitioner. Conditions that I routinely treat include anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, sleep disorders, and substance dependence.
